The Pistachio Evolution is a personal favorite of ours since it was one of the shop’s first recipes made by Giorgio Mecca back in 2016. Over the years, he’s refined and perfected it into the lovely creation it is today.
A luscious, nutty pistachio mousse envelops tart blackberry gelée and velvety zabaione, all encased in a smooth pistachio glaze. Delicate macarons add the finishing touch, making every bite harmonious.
We offer this delicious dessert in a minicake version as well, so a little treat is always an option.
